Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CapiTracker, including the CapiTracker web application, WooCommerce plugin, Shopify integration, event collection endpoints, reporting tools, and related services.

1. Service Use

CapiTracker is provided for business tracking, attribution, analytics, and advertising event routing. You may use the service only for stores, domains, ad accounts, and data sources that you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping account access, API keys, platform credentials, Meta tokens, and server secrets secure. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account or configured business integrations.

3. Store and Advertising Integrations

When you connect WooCommerce, Shopify, Meta, Ecomcountant, or other systems, you authorize CapiTracker to process the data needed to provide tracking, reporting, synchronization, and automation features. You must comply with the terms of those third-party platforms.

4. Data Accuracy

CapiTracker provides analytics and operational recommendations based on data received from connected platforms. Reports may be affected by delayed events, blocked browser tracking, platform limits, missing credentials, configuration errors, refunds, duplicate events, attribution rules, or API changes.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use CapiTracker to violate laws, platform policies, privacy rules, intellectual property rights, or security controls. You may not attempt to access data for businesses or stores you are not authorized to manage.

6. External Services

CapiTracker depends on external services such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Meta, hosting providers, payment processors, and connected APIs. Availability and behavior of those services are outside CapiTracker control.

7. Billing and Plans

Paid features, limits, and billing terms are shown in the CapiTracker dashboard or agreed directly with the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, subscription access may be limited, suspended, or cancelled if payment fails or the service is misused.

8. Intellectual Property

CapiTracker software, branding, dashboards, workflows, and service infrastructure remain the property of CapiTracker or its licensors. The WordPress plugin submission copy is licensed under the GPLv2 or later where required by the WordPress.org plugin directory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapiTracker is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, guaranteed ad performance, guaranteed attribution accuracy, or error-free operation. CapiTracker is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, ad spend decisions, platform suspensions, or indirect damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of CapiTracker after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact CapiTracker through the contact details provided in your CapiTracker account or at capitracker.com.
